BAKED PORK CHOPS 
1 envelope of onion soup mix
2 eggs, well beaten
2/3 c. plain dry bread crumbs
8 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup mix with bread crumbs. Dip chops in eggs, then soup mixture, coating well. Place in lightly greased large shallow baking dish or large sheet cake pan. May drizzle with melted butter if desired. Bake 1 hour turning once, or until tender. Serves 8.
