TOMATO PIE 
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
3 to 4 med. tomatoes
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. chives

Mix 2 cups of Bisquick and 2/3 cup of milk with a fork. Add flour to hands and pat dough in deep dish pie pan. Peel and slice 3 to 4 medium tomatoes in crust. If tomatoes are juicy, slice and drain them first. Sprinkle over top with salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix 1 cup Miracle Whip with 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Spread mixture over top of tomatoes. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon dried basil and 1 teaspoon chives. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
