TUNA CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 oz. egg noodles
2 cans tuna in water, drained
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 can button mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix the above ingredients and pour into a casserole dish. Take 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons of melted butter, mix together and pour on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
