SAUSAGE MUFFINS 
1 lb. sausage (bulk)
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 (8 oz.) French onion dip
1/2 c. milk

Brown sausage until crumbly. Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings and drain the rest. Combine flour and cornmeal. Add dip, milk, sausage and drippings. Bake in small muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
