SALISBURY STEAK BAKE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
Pepper

Mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients. Shape into 6 patties; place in a shallow baking dish (13 x 9 x 2 inches). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Mix rest of soup and 1/3 cup water; pour over the meat. Bake 10 minutes more. Serves 6.
