STEAK BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 to 2 carrots, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. fresh (or drained, canned) mushrooms

Slice the steak (or any other economy cut) thin while it is partially frozen. Sprinkle the soy sauce over. Add vegetables and soup, stir slightly. Cover it and refrigerate overnight to bake next evening and bake it right away. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Stir in mushrooms and bake another 30 to 45 minutes.
