1 ready made pie crust
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 pt. whipping cream
4-6 delicious apples

Arrange pie crust in 10 inch pie plate per instructions. Arrange sliced apples in pie plate.

Mix in a jar the sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and whipping cream. Shake vigorously and pour over apples. Pat with butter (optional). Bake at 350 oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
