SWISS STEAK IN SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
1 pkg. egg noodles
6 tbsp. butter
2 c. thinly sliced onions
2 lbs. round steak - cut into strips
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. water
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Melt 4 tablespoons butter in skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until clear. Remove from pan and set aside. Add remaining butter to skillet. In small bowl sift together flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Dip steak strips into mixture and fry until brown. Leave in skillet and add water, sour cream and onions. Reduce heat to low simmer and cover skillet. Cook for 35 to 40 minutes. Cook noodles according to package directions. Uncover skillet and let sauce thicken if desired. Serve over noodles.
