CREAM OF CRAB SOUP 
1 lb. crab meat
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 qt. milk
1 sm. onion, minced
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. sherry

Melt butter. Spoon in flour. Blend salt, pepper, and dry mustard. Add milk and put back on heat. Stir contents until thickened. Add onion and crab meat. Put on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Add sherry and parsley before serving.
