CREAM OF CRAB SOUP 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. half & half
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. grated onion
4 tbsp. sherry

Heat all ingredients, except crabmeat and flour in double boiler. Do not boil. Mix flour with a little milk and add crab to milk mixture. Reduce heat and simmer 1/2 hour, stirring frequently.
