HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
1-2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken
2 egg yolks
4 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. water
1 can pineapple chunks
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper
Juice from pineapple

Fry at 375 degrees. Prepare batter: 2 egg yolks, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, stir in flour and water. Dip chicken into batter, fry until light brown, keep warm.

SAUCE: Drain pineapple, combine pineapple juice with cornstarch. Add broth, sugar, onion powder, ginger, pepper and soy sauce. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Add pineapple chunks. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
