STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. bread crumbs (slightly wet)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 onion
Garlic salt
1 egg
7 or 8 green peppers
1 can tomato rice soup
1 soup can of water

Mix first 8 ingredients together. Put into hollowed out peppers with tops removed. Mix tomato rice soup and water and pour into casserole dish. Place stuffed peppers into casserole and cook, covered, at 300 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. May also be prepared by boiling peppers in a little water until tender. Stuff with meat mixture and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
