PORK LINKS AND GINGERSNAP GRAVY 
Pork sausage
Onion
10 to 14 gingersnap cookies
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar

Cook pork sausages in water with a slice of onion for 20 minutes. Add gingersnaps (broken up), small amount of salt and pepper, vinegar, and sugar. Cook slowly and stir about 10 minutes.
