6 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook flour and water until thick and clear white. Cool until cold. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add to flour mixture. Beat with mixer until light and fluffy.
