AWESOME CHEESY MASHED POTATOES 
Tastes great, even with gravy.

1 (20 lb.) bag potatoes, skinned
2 cups cheese
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream
1/2 cup milk
dash of salt and pepper
dash of onion powder
dash of garlic powder

Skin and cup up potatoes and boil until fully cooked. Put in a big bowl and mash up pretty well. Have a hand mixer ready. Add all the remaining ingredients into the bowl. Mix with hand mixer until well blended and poof you have a new family favorite!
