PORK CHOP DELIGHT 
2 lg. boxes of brown and wild rice
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped or cut in half
1 lg. can chow mein vegetables, drained
1 can Campbell's mushroom soup or celery soup
1 1/2 c. water
4-6 center cut pork chops
Salt
Pepper

Spray deep pan with Pam spray. Layer the first four ingredients. Add water. Stir well. Put pork chops on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. All ovens may vary but you don't want to get this dish to dry.
