APPLE CRISP 
2 c. canned or stewed apples
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
1/3 c. butter
Cinnamon

Place apples in buttered dish. Mix all other ingredients (except butter and cinnamon) with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over apples. Melt butter and pour over crumbs and apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
