SPICED PECANS 
1 egg white, slightly beaten with 1 tbsp. water

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 tsp. nutmeg
3 or 4 c. shelled pecans

Stir in enough pecans to cover well with egg, sugar mixture. Bake in 325 degrees oven or microwave until sugar coating is dry and nuts are crunchy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
