1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped

Mix all ingredients and let meat marinate overnight refrigerated. Suggested use: London Broil on charcoal grill.
