2 bunches spinach
Bacon, crumbled or bacon bits
Hard boiled egg
Diced onion (optional)

DRESSING:

1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
3 tsp. mustard
3 oz. honey

Wash spinach thoroughly and tear in pieces. Top with bacon and egg. Mix Italian dressing according to package directions. Add mustard and honey; mix well. Toss salad well.
