SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. washed spinach
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and crisped in cold water
1 can bean sprouts, drained
4 chopped hard-boiled eggs
6 crisp bacon slices, crumbled
1 sweet onion, sliced very thin

Mix together lightly and serve with sauce.

SAUCE:

1 c. salad oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

Mix well until all ingredients are blended and oil is completely absorbed.
