BROCCOLI - CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
Parmesan cheese or crushed potato chips
1 head broccoli
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Bake chicken breasts at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool and chop into bite size pieces. Steam broccoli until tender. Drain. Put broccoli on bottom of 11 x 14 inch casserole dish. Mix soup and mayonnaise together. Pour chicken pieces over broccoli and cover both with soup mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese or potato chips on top. Cook uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
