CARROT CONGEALED SALAD 
1 med. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. grated carrots
12 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Pour pineapple and sugar in a pot - bring to a boil. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water and pour into pineapple and sugar mixture - set aside and let cool. Add grated carrots, cottage cheese and whipping cream to pineapple - mix together - pour into molds or lasagna dish.
