CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears or stalks from 1 bunch of fresh broccoli
1 can cream of onion soup
1 soup can milk
1 soup can water
1 pkg. instant chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Steam broccoli or cook in a little bit of water until tender. Place in food processor or blender and fine chop. Transfer broccoli to 2 quart saucepan. Put remaining ingredients into blender or processor and blend until well mixed. Add to saucepan. Cook on low for about 30 minutes, stirring often. Sprinkle individual servings with snipped chives and dollops of sour cream, if desired.
