RUM SQUASH 
3 c. cooked & pureed winter squash
1 (20 oz.) can well drained, crushed pineapple
1/2 c. butter, melted
6 slices bread, crumbled
1 tbsp. rum or 1/2 tsp. rum extract
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Mix all together. Put into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serves 6-8.
