TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 pt. sour cream

Boil butter, water and cocoa approximately 1 minute. Let cool. Mix in the bowl the rest of the ingredients. Beat well. Pour into a greased 10" x 15" jelly roll pan and bake 20 to 22 minutes at 375 degrees.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil first three ingredients approximately 1 minute. Remove from heat, and add to 1 box powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla (may add more milk if mixture is not smooth enough). Sprinkle nuts on top if desired.
