KINGS RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled & deboned (save broth)
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes, mashed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Dash of chili powder
Dash of garlic powder
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

Saute bell pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Mix soups, Rotel tomatoes, chili powder, garlic powder in saucepan and heat. Soak tortillas in chicken broth for 5 minutes.

In large baking dish, layer 1/2 of ingredients as follows: 1) Tortillas. 2) Chicken. 3) Pepper and onion. 4) Soup mixture. 5) Cheese. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
