3 lbs. ground beef, lean
4 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2-1 c. chopped onions
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2-1 tsp. garlic salt
3 lg. cans tomato sauce + 1 can water

Brown meat over medium heat in a large pot that you will be cooking the sauce in; adding all ingredients and mixing well as you brown the meat. Stir frequently. Cook slowly until desired thickness.
