CHICKEN & BROCCOLI 
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half to make 6 pieces
1 lb. broccoli

Saute breasts in butter for a few minutes. Cook broccoli about 5 minutes. Place broccoli and chicken in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Mix sauce ingredients and pour on top.

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. chicken broth

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
