BAR-B-QUES 
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. celery seed or celery salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
2 c. tomato juice

Mix together and bring to a boil. Fry 3 pounds hamburger and add sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
