POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream soup (I use cream of mushroom)
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix above ingredients and put in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. crushed cornflakes

Mix together and add to top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12.
