SPARKLING SALAD 
1 jar black cherries
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 pkg. black cherry gelatin
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 can crushed pineapple
Chopped nuts (optional)
2 Coca Colas

Drain cherries; reserve juice. Slice cherries, soften unflavored gelatin in juice. Combine softened gelatin, water and cherry gelatin in saucepan. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add cream cheese; beat until smooth. Place in large casserole. Add fruits and nuts. Chill until mixture begins to congeal. Mix in Coca-Colas. Chill until congealed.
