SCRAMBLED EGG CASSEROLE | |
6 eggs, slightly beaten 6 slices bread, cubed 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 lb. pork sausage links, cooked & cut in cubes 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard Place all in casserole. Refrigerate overnight. In morning, bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, covered, then 1 hour uncovered. Yield: 8 to 10. |
