1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
8 tbsp. butter, melted
2 pkgs. vanilla pudding
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 c. milk
2 c. whipped topping

Crunch up cookies with a rolling pin. Pour melted butter over cookie crumbs. Press half of crumbs into the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Reserve remaining crumbs for topping. Beat 1/2 cup milk with cream cheese until mixture is fluffy. Add pudding and remaining milk and mix well. Fold whipped topping into pudding mixture. Spread pudding mixture over cookie crumbs. Spread reserved crumbs over pudding layer. Chill and serve.

Makes 12 to 14 servings.
