RUSSIAN BURGERS | |
1 loaf frozen bread FILLING: 1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained 1 c. sauerkraut, packed & drained 1/4 c. ketchup 1/4 c. mustard Defrost 1 loaf frozen bread. Do not let rise. Roll out and cut in circles. Mix filling and place on dough. Fold dough in half to form half moon. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees until brown, approximately 25 minutes. Variety Fillings: 1. Roast beef with barbecue sauce and cooked vegetables. 2. Chicken, diced with barbecue sauce and/or vegetables. Have fun. Experiment. |
