TEXAS WEINERS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. grated onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. ground cumin powder
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. paprika
Dash of dried red pepper flakes
15 oz. can Hunt's tomato sauce
1 qt. water

Saute ground meat and onion. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened (about 2 hours). Serve over weiners.

NOTE: There will be enough sauce for about 18 weiners.
