CREAMETTE TURKEY SALAD 
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. Creamette rotini
4 lbs. cooked and cubed turkey (2 1/2 qts.)
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
1 1/2 qts. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. minced onion
1 1/4 qts. mayonnaise (5 c.)
1 1/4 qts. sour cream (5 c.)
2 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. white pepper
1/2 tbsp. dill weed

Prepare Creamette rotini, according to package directions. Drain. Combine rotini, turkey, peas and carrots, celery, and onions. Blend together mayonnaise, sour cream, seasoned salt, pepper, and dill weed. Toss dressing with rotini mixture. Cover and chill thoroughly. 50 (1 cup) servings.
