SALMON LOAF 
1 lg. can pink salmon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. cracker crumbs, Saltine
1/2 c. hot sweet milk
3 egg whites

Remove skin and bones from salmon. Mash fine. Add salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice, beaten egg yolks, cracker crumbs and hot milk. Mix together. Fold in egg whites which have been beaten STIFF. Pour into well greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour in preheated 350 degree oven. Serves 4-5.
