CAULIFLOWER WITH CURRIED CHEDDAR
SAUCE
 
1 sm. head cauliflower
1 c. water
2 tsp. lemon juice or white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook cauliflower on stove top in water, salt and juice. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

CURRIED CHEDDAR SAUCE:

2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar

Combine all sauce ingredients and mix well.

Arrange cauliflower in greased casserole dish. Top with sauce. Bake 5 minutes.
