2 sticks butter, room temp.
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
4 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Combine first 6 ingredients. Pour into a greased pan 13x9x2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with marshmallows. Return to oven for 5 minutes - remove and let cool.

ICING:

4 tbsp. cocoa, sifted
1 stick butter, room temp.
1 box powdered sugar
4 tbsp. evaporated milk

Mix well and spread on cooled cake.
