HEAVENLY HASH CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 sticks soft butter
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. pecans, crushed
1 tsp. vanilla
Peanut butter
Chocolate Icing

Beat eggs. Add sugar and softened butter; mix well. Set aside. Mix together flour and cocoa, slowly add to butter mixture. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. In 2 greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. While cake is warm spread with peanut butter. Cool and top with chocolate icing.
