BARBECUED SHORT RIBS 
1/3 c. chopped onions
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper

Dip ribs in seasoned flour. Fry at 375 degrees. Drain, put in baking dish and pour sauce over ribs. Bake at 325 degrees. Be sure to bake them at 325 degrees until tender. If you bake at 350 degrees, they get tough. Also, where I say fry at 375 degrees, I just saute them until they're brown, don't fry them hard.
