PEANUT BUTTER BREAKFAST BREAD 
2 c. low fat milk
1 c. natural style peanut butter
3 tbsp. molasses
4 tbsp. warm water
1/3 c. honey
2 pkg. yeast
3 eggs, beaten
6-7 c. whole wheat flour

In small saucepan scald milk. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and honey; blend well. Pour into large mixing bowl. Let cool at least 5 minutes. Dissolve yeast in warm water and molasses. Let stand about 10 minutes until bubbly. Stir into cooled milk along with eggs and 2 1/2 cup flour. Blend 4 minutes. Slowly stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.

Turn onto lightly floured board. Knead 3 minutes. Place into large lightly oiled bowl. Cover; let rise. Punch down. Divide dough in half. Shape into 2 loaves, placing each in lightly oiled loaf pan. Let rise again. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
