1 lb. sausage (use whatever flavor your family likes)
10 or 12 eggs
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Frozen bread dough
Thaw dough and let rise to double in bulk. Fry sausage. Scramble your eggs (save white from 1 egg). Grate cheese. When dough is ready, roll out into a rectangle (about 12 x 8 inches). Sprinkle sausage on top. Layer with scrambled eggs. Next, sprinkle cheese on top. Roll all up like a jelly roll. Shape in a crescent and pinch edge. Brush on reserved egg white to seal. Bake bread according to instructions on the wrapper. This will make 2 bread rolls. We traditionally eat this on Christmas morning.
