2 loaves frozen bread
1 lb. ground meat
1 sm. Jimmy Dean hot sausage
2 c. grated cheese
1 onion, chopped
Chopped jalapeno pepper, if desired

Let bread rise. Roll out in rectangle shape. Brown ground meat, and sausage, onions, then drain. Spread meat and sausage on rolled out dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Then roll as you would a jelly roll. Place on cookie sheet in horseshoe shape. Brush with cooking oil. Cover with foil. Remove foil just before done and let it brown. Cook about 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
