SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 lb. bakery Italian bread dough
1 lb. Italian sweet sausage
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Italian Parmesan cheese
4 eggs

Take sausage out of casing and brown. Beat egg with fork. Save a little egg to brush on top of bread. Mix all ingredients. Cut bread dough in half and roll out like a jelly roll. Helps to put a little oil on rolling pin (rolls out easier).

Put all ingredients in dough and roll up - brush top with egg. Sprinkle with black pepper and garlic salt. Wrap in foil. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Use cookie sheet so both loaves cook at once. Enjoy! It is delicious!
