BEEFY NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. sauteed ground beef
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
16 oz. can tomatoes, drained & chopped
8 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz. egg noodles, drained
1 c. sour cream
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
6 green onions, chopped
4 oz. pkg. grated cheddar cheese
2 minced garlic cloves

Cook together ground beef, salt, sugar, tomatoes, tomato sauce and garlic. Set aside. While noodles are warm, mix with sour cream, cream cheese and green onions. In a casserole dish, layer 1/2 noodles and then 1/2 meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
