EASY ALMOND POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
5 lg. eggs
2 tsp. almond extract
2 c. sugar
2 c. cake flour

Cream butter and sugar on high speed until it looks like whipped cream. Add eggs, one at a time, on medium speed. Add sifted flour on low speed just until all flour is mixed. Add extract. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
