SAUTEED CARROTS WITH WALNUTS 
1 1/2 lbs. carrots, peeled and sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. sugar

In medium saucepan cook carrots in salted water to cover. Drain and set aside. In same saucepan melt butter. Add walnuts and sugar. Saute 1 minute. Add carrots and toss to coat. Heat through.
