PINK POTATO SALAD 
6 potatoes, cooked & cubed
1 onion, chopped
3 eggs, hard boiled
2 tbsp. olives or pimientos
1/4 c. French dressing
1 c. chopped celery
Mayonnaise, salt & pepper to taste

Combine potatoes, onions and 1/4 cup French dressing. Refrigerate overnight. Add remaining ingredients a few hours before serving.
